The silica gel heater is mainly composed of Ni Cr alloy heating wire and glass fiber reinforced silicone rubber insulating cloth pressed at high temperature. It has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, high strength, convenient use, long safety life, not easy to aging, can bend and deform the surface of the object, and can evenly convey the heat to every part in contact with the heated object.

The temperature range is - 60 ℃ - 250 ℃ for long-term heating. There are two kinds of heating cores: high resistance alloy wire and metal etching foil. The withstand voltage of the insulating layer is 20-50kv / mm2, which can be used safely.
